PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMPANY PMI

Launched with us on MARCH 1, 2024

Our new project management company is PMI Cross Timbers. The owners, John and Craig, have worked diligently with us to make the transition as seamless as possible. Please watch for emails from them and please check your Spam folder for emails coming from PMI.

⬇️ WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ⬇️

  • Click the link in your email to register on the New PMI platform so you'll get access to all necessary HOA items.

  • If you can't find or did not receive an email, please click the Yellow button below to register for the new PMI platform.

  • If you did not yet pay your annual payment (which was due by January 31, 2024) please be sure to fill out the paperwork attached to your email and make payment ASAP. If you cannot find it, please email John Mouser at john@pmicrosstimbers.com

DETAILS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  • If you had a violation write up with Associa that seemed incorrect we are sorry that happened, it shouldn't have and you do not need to worry, this transition with PMI will begin with a Clean Slate!

  • If you had communication issues with Associa that caused you frustration, we understand we did also, so you do not need to worry, PMI has taken great communication to a new level!

  • If you had challenges finding what you needed on the platform Associa used, you do not need to worry, PMI has a new, simpler platform just be sure to click the Yellow button above to sign up!

  • If you were sent any type of certified letter or other correspondence from Associa, you do not need to worry, please let PMI know about any issue after March 1 for resolution.

  • If you felt the HOA Board was causing you frustration and being a pain...we hope you now understand...it was not the Board and this issue has been resolved.

  • The board of directors are here to serve our HOA and we are as grateful as we know you will be with this upcoming change of project management companies to PMI.
